Saying "Thank You" is good business

If you've received a referral from a client, friend or colleague take the time to properly thank them.

No need to go overboard. Handwrite a note and use a real stamp. A simple message such as "Thanks you for your referral. I really appreciate your confidence in me, and I’ll do my best to help your friend get the care he’s looking for." works fine. Let the person know you appreciate them thinking of you.

Once you've earned the business, then it's time for a thank you with a gift. Depending on the size of the account you may send the person referring you anything from a simple Coffee, Cocoa, Tea & Cookies gift set to a beautiful clock for their desk. Minimum orders are low so you can keep them on hand to recognize people who help your business succeed.
